By creating an account or using the Krishi Doctor mobile app, website, or related services (together, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Krishi Doctor provides AI-assisted, evidence-backed crop diagnosis and treatment guidance based on photos and information you submit, cross-referenced against a curated agricultural knowledge base sourced from Bangladeshi agricultural authorities (such as DAE, BARI, BRRI, and BARC) where available.

The Service is a decision-support tool, not a substitute for a qualified agronomist, plant pathologist, or your local Department of Agricultural Extension (DAE) office — particularly for high-value crops, unusual outbreaks, or before applying any chemical treatment at scale.

Diagnoses are probabilistic and may be wrong, incomplete, or withheld when the system determines it doesn't have enough reliable evidence. A reported confidence band (High/Medium/Low) describes the system's own assessment of its evidence, not a guarantee of accuracy.

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be old enough to form a binding agreement under the laws of your country to create an account.

The Service currently offers free daily diagnosis credits and chat token allowances, described on our Pricing page. These limits, and any future paid plans, may change; we'll make a reasonable effort to communicate material changes in-app.

There is currently no self-serve purchase or subscription flow — any bonus credit balance is granted at our discretion (for example, via a redeemable code).

You retain ownership of the photos, notes, and posts you submit. By submitting them, you grant us a license to store, process, and (for community feed posts, according to the visibility you choose) display that content in order to operate the Service.

Don't submit content you don't have the right to share, or content that is unlawful, abusive, or unrelated to agriculture.

Where a diagnosis recommends a chemical treatment, this reflects a curated mapping to active ingredients and is not a substitute for checking current local regulatory approval, correct dosage, and safety guidance for your specific product and region — always read the product label and, where in doubt, consult your local agricultural extension officer before applying any chemical treatment.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or that diagnoses will be error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krishi Doctor is not liable for crop loss, financial loss, or other damages arising from reliance on a diagnosis or recommendation provided by the Service.

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these terms or misuses the Service (for example, automated abuse of free credits).

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
